Cannoli Plus is seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency in all products. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and bake various pastries, cakes, breads, and specialty items, including cannoli, according to established recipes and production schedules., • Accurately measure and mix ingredients, knead dough, and shape products., • Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers., • Decorate and finish baked goods for presentation., • Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies, reporting needs to management., • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines., • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely production. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Baker in a bakery or similar food service environment., • Strong understanding of baking techniques and principles., • Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently., • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of ingredients., • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods., • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks., • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Prep vegetables burger patties and other stuff and help the head chef when the chef for 3 or more orders

Hours 2:30-10:30

MUST HAVE FOOD HANDLERS (NO EXCEPTIONS) • Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in the kitchen, • Follow recipes and menu specifications to ensure consistent quality, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas, • Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation, • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, • Collaborate with the kitchen team and FOH staff to ensure smooth operations

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, developing an innovative and cohesive menu, and building a strong, disciplined culinary team. You will play a key role in shaping the identity of the restaurant while ensuring excellence in execution, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
