Capable of learning new landscape software Qualifications: Horticulture: Knowledge of plant / landscape material Associates degree (preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in a landscape design position Hands on experience in landscape design and construction Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong computer skills Job Responsibilities Include: Create computer design / image presentation for clients. Formulate cost estimates and written proposals. Visit with client to present proposal. Meeting / communicating with clients throughout project. Prepare site inventory and analysis through site visits and field observations. Work hand in hand with project manager on all aspects of the design / build process Interact and coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors.

Coating Installer Job Duties: • Preparing surfaces by scouring floors, repairing damage, or removing old paint • Operate general construction equipment such as large grinders, hand grinders, shop vacs, floor polishers, etc. • Mixing, matching, and applying coating systems and finishes to floor surfaces • Providing decorative and faux finishes as the project requires • Handling planning and prep work in an efficient manner • Calculating the amounts of materials and time required for each project • Taping off areas as needed • Cleaning up supplies and equipment throughout the application process to maintain a safe and organized work environment • Communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction
