We are looking for a part time private chef in a demanding family setting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background as chef in demanding restaurants/comparable settings and excel in all skills relevant to prepare interesting meals - from food handling and safety, to product knowlege to the actual prepartion skills according to the client preferences.
We favour in particular mediterrean/middle eastern kitchen with a focus on vegetables, products of high quality, organic and in season. An alignment with those general concepts is certainly a bonus.
We offer the amicable environment of a private home without the inconvenient hours and hectic settings of regular restaurants.
Our preferred model of work would be a part time, once weekly day time arrangement of approx. 5 hours - on a Friday for instance.
