We are seeking three part-time Project Managers to oversee residential and commercial construction projects. This is a six-month probationary position, with the opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance. The role involves on-site supervision, Township coordination, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor day-to-day activities at construction sites.
• Coordinate inspections and permitting with Township offices.
• Maintain project records, reports, and communications.
• Track timelines, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance.
• Provide regular updates to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
Candidates with strong organizational and communication skills, eager to learn construction management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
Compensation:
• Hourly/Part-time salary during probation period.
• Annual vehicle and travel allowance.
• Full-time offer with benefits available after six months based on performance.
Additional Requirements:
• Flexibility to work across multiple job sites.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools is a plus.
