The manager will be responsible for all regulatory compliance for the Blood Gas lab. The manager will serve as the resource person for Neonatal and Pediatric respiratory care practices. Job Summary and Qualifications The Director of Respiratory Therapy Services is responsible for a variety of duties related to the management and operations of the assigned department(s), including but not limited to provision of quality patient care, regulatory compliance, employee performance improvement, and quality improvement.
