Property Liaison – Cleveland & East Cleveland (Part-Time)
We’re looking for a responsible, hands-on individual in themCleveland area to serve as a Property Liaison for two 4family properties.
Responsibilities include:
Acting as the on-the-ground contact for the property owner
Performing basic upkeep tasks (e.g., changing batteries in security cameras)
Alerting the owner to any maintenance issues or property needs
Coordinating with tenants and encouraging direct communication with the owner when necessary
Ensuring access for realtors by maintaining a secure lockbox on the property
Ideal Candidate:
Located near or in East Cleveland
Reliable and responsive
Handy and capable of performing light tasks
Professional in interactions with tenants and realtors
This is a part-time, flexible role—perfect for someone who lives locally and is looking for $500 in supplemental income.
