This candidate will be responsible for working about 100 accounts per day. Additionally, this person will review, process, and correct electronic claims using AccessANYware, SSI, and DDE software systems to ensure timely reimbursement. Resolves RTP and denied claims, and maintains the electronic Medicaid billing system. Coordinates and updates CM and DDE billing updates, billing tables, and system edits to optimize electronic capabilities. Runs job streams, generates, and evaluates electronic Medicaid billing reports. Educates and trains staff on electronic claims submissions. Stays informed on changes to Medicaid billing regulations and compliance issues. Responds to incoming calls and assists walk-in patients.
