Position Summary: We’re seeking a results-driven inside salesperson to join our team. You will manage inbound and outbound sales and service calls, convert leads into customers, and support the sales team in driving revenue growth. Inside Sales/ Customer Service Requirements and Qualifications · Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience required · Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Customer Database Management experience preferred · Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills · Ability to connect with customers to build rapport and trust in our company · Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset · Above average listening and emotional intelligence skills · Persuasive and goal-oriented · Eager to expand the company with new customers and sales · Excellent organizational skills · Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals · Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team · Self-motivated, self-directed and able to work in a fast-paced environment. · Comfortably making cold calls and talking to potential and current customers all day · In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry · The ability to overcome objections with solutions · Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client · Knowledge of customer journey funnel · Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management. · Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques. · Familiarity with using sales automation tools and platforms. · Experience in conducting virtual meetings and product demos · High school degree or equivalent Pay Scale: Ranges between $45K and $60K depending on experience and performance, plus benefits. Inside Sales Duties and Responsibilities: · Take inbound calls, determining immediate or future opportunities and booking appointments accordingly. · Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to current and potential clients · Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support · Qualify inbound sales inquiries and manage a sales pipeline through to close. · Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions · Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information · Manage follow-up processes to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales pipeline. · Working with sales team when closing sale and working with client through closing process · Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics · Provide regular reports on sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.
