We are looking for a Spa Receptionist with a strong sales mindset and a passion for delivering a high-end client experience. This role is not just about answering calls — it’s about converting inquiries into bookings and maximizing every client interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional, warm, and luxury-level client experience
- Manage appointments, confirmations, and daily scheduling
- Handle calls, messages, and social media inquiries promptly
- Recommend services, upgrades, and packages based on client needs
- Close sales for treatments and memberships
- Process payments, deposits, and maintain accurate records
- Enforce company policies (cancellations, punctuality, deposits)
- Keep the front desk organized and aligned with the spa’s image.
Requirements: - Previous customer service experience (spa/beauty experience is a plus)
- Proven sales ability or confidence in closing services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
