Job Description:
The Oakhurst Company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the potential for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Perform general office tasks and provide administrative support
Handle QuickBooks entries, Excel spreadsheets, and basic computer tasks
Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Schedule & Pay:
Monday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
