We are seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Office Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule appointments and organize daily work for the office and field staff.
  • Coordinate estimates, jobs, and client appointments.
  • Assign and distribute incoming leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and assist with general office administration.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar office role is required.
