Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree is a plus)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
