Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel deals
Book flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and other travel services
Provide travel safety tips, local insights, and recommendations
Communicate clearly with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Track client bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience
Handle changes, cancellations, or issues with professionalism and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for travel and helping others plan memorable trips
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using booking systems, email, and online tools
