At the first and last point of contact our host/Hostess is responsible for delivering a warm, elegant and seamless guest experience. This role requires grace under pressure, strong organizational skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Your job description includes but not limited to
Greeting every guest with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
Manage reservations and walk-ins with efficiency and attention to details. Working knowledge of our POS system and Reservation System a plus.
Maintain a smooth and organized seating flow during busy service periods.
Communicate clearly with servers management and kitchen staff..
Escort guests to their tables while creating a welcoming, upscale atmosphere.
The ability to handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with care and urgency.
Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing Host stand and entrance.
Frank and acknowledge guests as they leave ensuring a lasting impression.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced high volume environment
Professional, calm and composed demeanor at all times
Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
A natural sense of hospitality and attention to details
