You must have experience with Square, Door Dash and other delivery platforms. You will over see a small staff of baristas and salad/sandwich prep. You have AMAZING customer service experience and a strong work ethic, which means you are willing to step in and do whatever it takes to make our customers happy.

Program Development Services is seeking an Assistant Residential Manager reporting to the Residential Manager. The candidate will be assisting in supervising the day-to-day operations of the residence. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring safety and sanitation in the residence and that adequate support services (vendors, suppliers) are maintained; providing direct services to the Individuals together with the direct care staff; supervising the DSPs, ensuring that training is provided to the facility staff. Requirements High School diploma/GED. Associate’s degree in Health or Human Services preferred. Minimum of two years of supervisory experience with the developmentally disabled population is preferred. Minimum two years related experience in a social service setting. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality. Must be able to work a flexible schedule; evenings, weekends and overnights. Must have clean driving record and valid NYS drivers’ licenses.
