Wyld Blue is a family-owned small business that provides a boutique-style shopping experience. Our stores blend a beachy, surf-chic aesthetic with a curated mix of vintage designer pieces and new treasures from small businesses around the world.
We are currently seeking a reliable, passionate, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Dallas team. This is a last-minute hire with an immediate start preferred, so strong adaptability and readiness to jump in are key.

We are currently seeking a reliable, passionate, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Dallas team. This is a last-minute hire with an immediate start preferred, so strong adaptability and readiness to jump in are key.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent Wyld Blue with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong understanding of our brand and values
- Provide warm, personalized service and create lasting relationships with customers
- Foster a clientele culture—track and grow your client book, follow up with past clients, and encourage return visits
- Maintain the store’s appearance and organization by restocking, cleaning, and executing visual merchandising standards
- Operate POS systems and online platforms including Shopify; assist with inventory and shipment processing
- Assist with day-to-day store operations, including tagging, ticketing, receiving new product, and store upkeep
- Be available and dependable for scheduled shifts, particularly over the weekend
** QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1+ year of retail experience (fashion or boutique experience a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized, responsible, and able to multitask
- Comfortable using Shopify and/or retail management systems
- Flexible availability, especially weekends and potential holiday hours
- Ability to start immediately.
