We are looking for a Diesel Parts Rep to join the team at our busy truck parts shop. If you are a mechanically-inclined automotive professional with strong management and communication skills, we want to hear from you. As a Parts Representative, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive purchasing experience. Responsibilities Negotiate prices with existing and new vendors Search for new vendors Place special parts orders for customers that are getting their truck service. Communicate with customers, regarding parts statuses, and general parts information. Communicate with the Service Team to ensure truck deadlines are met. Explain products and services to customers Monitor inventory Maintain inventory well stock Forecast Enter and process orders with vendors Keep track of low-stock inventory Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to parts Basic truck knowledge Qualifications A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred Microsoft excel or google sheets skills Inventory management skills QuickBooks skills Prior sales experience in a truck shop or showroom setting is preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision

You will be responsible for identifying potential renters, reaching out to them, and providing information on available properties.
