Requirements To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field., • 2 years experience in retail or business to business sales(preferred)., • Consumer goods sales and/or marketing experience is a plus., • High energy and the ability to handle day to day challenges and opportunities in stride while staying focused on the bigger picture., • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to effectively persuade and influence others., • Strong sense of urgency, proactivity, and follow-through skills., • Ability to professionally create, compose, and edit written materials as well as to deliver exceptional sales presentations., • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans, goals, and targets., • Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally., • Professional attitude, presence, and expert-level communication skills., • Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint specifically., • Adaptable to changing needs and demands., • Frequent travel (~50%) to visit customers, attend tradeshows, etc. – some international travel is required.
