Success Measures • Recruited production delivered versus target, measured by GCI and/or company retained dollar (as defined). • Productivity per recruit, with emphasis on quality, sustainability, and long-term contribution. • Healthy recruiting pipeline with strong coverage, conversion rates, and efficient time-to- close. • Consistent offer discipline, including proper approvals, sound economics, and compliance adherence.Qualifications • 5-10+ years of experience recruiting agents or teams in residential real estate, or adjacent talent acquisition roles with strong brokerage exposure. • Willing and able to travel 25%+ of the year (as business needs require)., • Demonstrated success recruiting meaningful production in competitive, high-cost markets. • Comfort operating within performance-based compensation structures that include upside tied to results. • Strong financial and business judgment, including understanding of market economics and offer structures. • High integrity and credibility with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a results-driven environment.
