About the Role
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service, driving sales, and building strong client relationships. You will represent Psycho Bunny’s unique identity and ensure every guest leaves feeling inspired and valued. This role requires energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for fashion and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience that reflects Psycho Bunny’s brand values.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through effective client engagement and product knowledge.
Build lasting relationships with clients through follow-ups, outreach, and consistent service excellence.
Maintain a strong understanding of the brand, current collections, and product features.
Support visual merchandising and ensure the store environment is always clean, organized, and on-brand.
Collaborate with teammates to create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing sales floor.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining operational standards.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
