As a Shopper, you will be responsible for selecting, purchasing, and delivering products on behalf of our customers. Your role is to ensure that every order is fulfilled accurately and efficiently, while also providing a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment: Receive and review customer orders, carefully selecting products according to specified preferences and requirements. Ensure that all items are picked with accuracy and attention to detail. Quality Control: Inspect products before purchase. Ensure that all items meet our standards and are free from defects or damage. Delivery Coordination: Prepare and package orders for delivery. Ensure that items are securely packed and delivered on time. Coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure smooth and efficient service. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks and restocking as needed. Report any discrepancies or issues with stock levels to the management team. Qualifications: Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and high-quality service. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the order process. Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is not necessary.
