We are seeking a motivated and dynamic full-time licensed real estate agent to join our top-performing RE/MAX team . As a real estate agent with our team, your primary responsibility will be to assist potential clients during the home buying and selling process. You will work closely with the team leader and utilize resources such as leads provided by the team, your own lead generation efforts, and the team’s extensive marketing and lead-generation tools. You will also be expected to follow specific procedures regarding follow-up, showings, closings, and compliance documentation. Key Responsibilities: Client Assistance: Provide exceptional service to clients during their real estate journey, from initial consultation to closing. This includes offering guidance, scheduling showings, and handling negotiations. Lead Generation: Utilize leads from various sources provided by the team leader, as well as generate your own through methods such as expired listings, FSBOs (For Sale By Owners), circle prospecting, farming, and other lead lists. Specialized Roles: Depending on experience and preferences, you may serve as a: Listing Agent Buyer’s Agent Short Sale Specialist Co-op Specialist Follow Procedures: Ensure all activities comply with the company’s guidelines, including accurate record-keeping, managing documentation, and adhering to timelines. Training & Development: Attend office training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends. Open House Obligations: Participate in open houses as scheduled and engage potential buyers in a professional manner. Client Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing them with updates, advice, and expert recommendations throughout the process.
