Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. * Cash Handling and Record Keeping - Maintain the accuracy of financial records, including sales, cash, and credit card transactions. Prepare and reconcile daily cash and financial reports. Ensure the security and confidentiality of financial information. * Inventory Management - Assist in monitoring and restocking OTC medication shelves. Notify the pharmacy team when stock levels are low. Help maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Compliance - Adhere to all pharmacy policies and procedures, including those related to HIPAA and regulatory compliance. Stay updated on changes in pharmacy regulations and contribute to maintaining a compliant environment. * Team Collaboration - Work collaboratively with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other staff to ensure efficient operations.
