Field Service Technicians play a critical role in supporting equipment startup and troubleshooting system performance issues in mission-critical environments. Position Summary As a Commercial HVAC/R Technician, you will: Diagnose, service, and repair commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, split systems, rooftop units (RTUs), and rack refrigeration systems. Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure systems operate efficiently and safely. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues with precision and professionalism. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used, diagnostics, and repair notes. Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, and customers to ensure high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Conduct maintenance, repairs, and installations on commercial HVAC/R systems. Identify and resolve system performance issues quickly and efficiently. Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and local building codes. Support system upgrades, retrofits, and component replacements as needed.
