Location: Anguilla Outlet: Sunset Lounge Reports To: Director of Outlets Direct Reports: Assistant Manager, Supervisor (with potential addition of a second Supervisor) Team Size: Approximately 20 to 21 employees Target Start Date: October 2025 Note: Work permits are currently taking 2 to 3 months to finalize Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: USD 53,000 per annum + housing allowance, service charge, and other great benefits. Key Responsibilities • Own the floor: 80 to 85% of the role is active, guest-facing service leadership with minimal time in the office, • Manage nightly operations at a high-volume outlet handling 300+ covers, balancing in-house guest priority with a strong outside guest following, • Lead, inspire, and develop a close-knit, passionate team that takes significant pride in the outlet, • Train staff in the moment, on the floor, with a coaching-forward approach, • Maximize seating creatively and efficiently while maintaining the quality of the guest experience, • Manage competing demands between in-house and outside guests with diplomacy and grace, • Serve as the face of the outlet, setting the tone with warmth, presence, and professionalism, • Partner closely with the Director of Outlets and broader leadership team What We Are Looking For • A big personality: charm, charisma, and genuine warmth are essential for this role, • 70% people skills, 30% operational knowledge; this is a guest-facing leadership position above all else, • Proven experience managing high-volume, complex F&B operations in a luxury environment, • Ability to lead a strong, territorial team with confidence, consistency, and respect, • Comfortable working with limited back-of-house time; this role is built for someone who thrives on the floor, • Strong preference for candidates with island or Caribbean experience, • Single status preferred, given the nature of the posting, though all candidates will be considered
