What You’ll Be Doing (Your Swashbuckling Quest):

• Inspire & Elevate the Crew: Rally the team, foster a positive culture of camaraderie, and mentor crew members so they can hit their goals and shine.
• Lead by Example: Dive headfirst into daily operations—from theatrical mini golf and escape rooms to arcade games, food service, and the bar. You don't just assign tasks; you show how it's done with heart and energy.
• Master the Quarterdeck: Keep shifts running smoothly, manage cash handling with precision, and ensure our safety and hospitality standards stay top-tier.
• Keep the Magic Alive: Be a supportive sounding board for the team and keep energy high, making sure our guests—and our staff—are having the time of their lives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Leadership: You have prior experience guiding and lifting up a team. You know how to coach, motivate, and build trust rather than just supervise.
• Hospitality at Heart: You genuinely love the entertainment industry! (This isn't a retail or coffee chain shift—it's an interactive adventure.)
• Open Availability: Fair winds and busy seas happen on weekends and late nights! You *must have open availability*to be considered for this role (~30 hours per week).
• City Food Handlers License: Required within 60 days of hire. Don't sweat it—we cover 100% of the cost for your test!
