Requirements: • Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests., • Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages to recipe specifications for bar and restaurant guests., • Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails., • Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance., • Engage warmly with guests and take orders efficiently., • Serve food and drinks with accuracy and enthusiasm., • Provide thoughtful menu recommendations and detailed item descriptions., • Remain attentive to guests’ needs with a friendly, upbeat attitude., • Maintain a clean and organized bar area and follow sanitation and safety policies., • Work effectively and respectfully within a collaborative team environment., • Multi-task and stay composed during high-volume shifts., • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Genuine passion for hospitality and team collaboration., • Physical stamina—ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions (bending, reaching, twisting)., • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry trays as needed., • Reliable transportation required., • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace.
