Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory through customer engagement and sales follow-up activities, • Build strong customer relationships, with a focus on key accounts and new product promotion, • Prepare quotations, process orders, coordinate sample requests, and maintain customer activity records, • Expedite customer orders and provide technical and administrative support to ensure high customer satisfaction #ZRSS Required Skills & Experience: • Associate's degree in Business or related field with emphasis in Marketing/Communications preferred equivalent experience considered, • 3-5 years of customer service, order entry, or inside sales support experience, • Strong PC skills and experience utilizing business systems/software applications, • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities Preferred Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, • 5-7 years of broad-based inside sales and marketing support experience in a manufacturing environment Compensation & Benefits: • Starting salary: $50,000-$55,000 annually, • Comprehensive benefits package offered Action Step: Ready to take the next step in your sales and customer service career?
