The Learning Experience in Summit is looking for passionate, caring, and energetic Early Childhood Teachers to join our growing team! Our teachers are responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
- Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies
- Communicate with parents about their child’s development and daily activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
Qualifications:
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children preferred
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred but not required depending on position)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, positive, and passionate about working with children
- Must meet NJ state childcare licensing requirements
