Job Description We are seeking a results-driven Marketing & sales Specialist to support business growth through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, and hands-on marketing execution. This role is responsible for cold calling, email outreach, CRM management, marketing campaigns, social media and website updates, development of sales materials, and trade show support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing sales activity with marketing execution in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Marketing Responsibilities: • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns., • Develop sales and marketing materials, including social media content., • Maintain company social media pages and update company websites., • Organize and coordinate product photo shoots, tradeshows, and related logistics., • Conduct research on target customers, industry trends, and new product details., • Create reports and presentations for potential customers based on sales data analysis., • Ensure adequate supplies of marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, etc.) are maintained and distributed to sales representatives and customers., • Support the training, onboarding, and ongoing development of new and existing sales team members., • Provide detailed product information to customers inquiries., • Liaise with outside vendors for sales and marketing functions. Sales Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up activity., • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities., • Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and sales opportunities., • Follow up promptly with inbound and outbound prospects., • Manage and process Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) documentation, contracts, and related administrative requirements., • Schedule meetings, assist with quotes, and support conversion of prospects into customers., • Research target companies, decision-makers, and market opportunities., • Manage customer requests for samples, pricing, and product information., • Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system., • Meet weekly activity goals for calls, emails, follow-ups, and lead development This list is non exhaustive and services as a representative sample of position duties. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience), • 3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, marketing, or a hybrid sales/marketing role, • Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot preferred), • Experience with outbound prospecting (cold calling, email outreach, lead generation), • High attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational and analytical capabilities., • Proven assertiveness and the ability to prioritize objectives while proactively seeking solutions., • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Dropbox., • Familiarity with design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva is highly beneficial., • Experience with Wix website management software or other website programs is a plus., • Excellent communication skills encompassing verbal, written, proofreading, and grammar., • Flexibility, resourcefulness, efficiency, independence, and dependability are integral qualities., • Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment., • Proven ability to organize workflows, manage follow-up processes, and maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records, • Demonstrated internet research skills.Company DescriptionGlobal medical device company specializing in high-quality imaging consumables, delivering innovative, reliable solutions to healthcare providers worldwide.Global medical device company specializing in high-quality imaging consumables, delivering innovative, reliable solutions to healthcare providers worldwide.
