This is a senior-level relationship development role focused on generating $850,000 in qualified commercial roofing pipeline per quarter through existing relationships and strategic network growth. This is not an entry-level sales role. The ideal candidate brings active, leverageable relationships within Colorado’s commercial property ecosystem and a proven track record of creating opportunity through trust and credibility. You will focus on relationship development and opportunity creation — not estimating, pricing, or production management. Success in this role is defined by disciplined follow-up, high-quality pipeline creation, and long-term partnership building.
