Trimble Buildings aims to make the construction industry more productive through intuitive technologies that streamline communication and collaboration throughout the Design-Build-Operate (DBO) lifecycle.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (80% Travel and 20% at Home) for an Instructor at BuildingPoint Northeast Spanning New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. This Position comes with a company car, Card for Expenses, Laptop and Cellphone. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering training sessions in the states above, developing educational materials, conducting assessments, and providing customer support. The role involves collaborating with various professionals in the construction industry to enhance efficiency and profitability. Training on the Equipment will be provided and will be in Trainers possession to practice and deliver trainings.
Qualifications
Must have a valid Drivers license
Knowledge in Microsoft Suite applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Experience in training delivery, curriculum development, and assessment
Knowledge of construction industry processes and technologies (typical workflows and improvements).
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles (V.A.R.K)
Background in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus
Certifications or credentials in education and training are a plus
