Trash Organizer & Exterior Cleaner - Fleck Free Cleaning

Perform a thorough deep cleaning of the premises once a month. This includes: • Dusting and wiping all surfaces, • Cleaning floors and carpets, • Sanitizing restrooms and kitchen areas, • Disposing of waste and maintaining cleanliness standards Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of hygiene.

Looking for a cleaner that is attention to detail and has experience cleaning luxury apartments and or establishments. Must be able to get to and from cleaning bookings within the day.

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented pro to (1) flip a 3-bed Airbnb after guest checkout and (2) support our family and business with light personal-assistant tasks—including school pickup 2 days/week. What you’ll do • Airbnb turnovers: full clean, strip/make beds, wash/dry/fold linens, restock to par levels, stage to listing photos, safety checks (smoke/CO, bulbs, batteries, smart lock), trash/recycling, photo report, log damages/L&F., • Housekeeping (home base): daily tidy, dishes/counters, bathrooms, laundry → fold → put away, closet/pantry organizing, restock list., • Personal assistant: inbox triage/light email drafts, take/return calls to vendors, track packages/returns, simple spreadsheets/lists, errands (including occasional NYC runs), appointment coordination.
