A waiter is responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for customers by delivering attentive and efficient service. Their role includes a blend of customer service, communication, and multitasking to meet and exceed guest expectations.

- Guest Interaction
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and dietary options.
Order Management:
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Confirm and accommodate specific guest requests, including allergies or preferences.
- Service Delivery
- Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly, ensuring proper table etiquette.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Customer Relations:
- Build rapport with guests, creating a welcoming and personalized experience.
- Handle complaints or feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Operational Support:
- Set up, clean, and organize tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Process payments, manage cash or card transactions, and provide accurate receipts.
- Teamwork
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Support other team members during busy shifts, assisting with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry (preferred).
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
