Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Interaction
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and dietary options.

Order Management:
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
  • Confirm and accommodate specific guest requests, including allergies or preferences.
  • Service Delivery
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly, ensuring proper table etiquette.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Customer Relations:
  • Build rapport with guests, creating a welcoming and personalized experience.
  • Handle complaints or feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

Operational Support:
  • Set up, clean, and organize tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Process payments, manage cash or card transactions, and provide accurate receipts.
  • Teamwork
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support other team members during busy shifts, assisting with various tasks as needed.
  • Skills and Qualities
  • Customer Service: Friendly demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry (preferred).

  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
