Shift: 6:00 AM-3:00 PM Hourly Rate: $23.53 an hour "Drive your career forward—literally! Join our team as a experienced Forklift & CDL Operator and help keep our materials moving and our operations running smoothly." A Day in the Life of a Truck Driver/Forklift Operator: You will report directly to the shipping and receiving manager. Your day will be spent moving quality, finished goods throughout the operation, where we create that famous name brand popcorn product of ACT II, Orville, and Jiffy Pop. • Operate power forklift equipment in a safe manner while unloading incoming materials from trailers in warehouse area, move materials to production area, remove finished goods stacked on pallets to shipping dock, load trailers, and responsible for transporting product to rail site and loading rail cars., • Prepare paperwork required to record incoming materials and finished goods shipped, • Operates tractor trailer moving trailers in and out of dock doors, • Maintain food safety and quality, • High school diploma or GED and one year forklift operating experience in a production and distribution center, • Read and write English for comprehension of written Bills of Lading and to complete Shipping documentation, • Previous experience operating forklifts and power equipment, • Valid driver's license, class A CDL required, • Ability to perform simple arithmetic, • Maintain food safety and quality, • Lift/carry and push/pull up to 55 pounds #LI-Onsite Anticipated Close Date: November 10, 2025 Location: Hamburg, Iowa Our Benefits: We care about your total well-being and will support you with the following, subject to your location and role: • Health: Medical, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life, accident and disability insurance, • Wealth: Great pay, 401(k)/pension eligibility, financial wellness programs and stock purchase plan, • Growth: Career development opportunities, employee resource groups and team collaboration, • Balance: Paid-time off and volunteer opportunities Our Company: At Conagra Brands, we have a rich heritage of making great food.
