Job Description Candidate will assist in all aspects of property-level operating activities and strategies for the Company’s portfolio of multi-family and retail/commercial properties within NYS. Responsibilities include financial analysis of property operating results, benchmark comparisons, drill down reviews of material variances and working together with Senior Management. The successful candidate will work directly with the Asset Manager on all financing transactions and with the acquisitions team to assist with new acquisitions. Maintaining financial models, update and compare bench-marking data and immediate flagging of performance concerns. Produce ad-hoc analyses of operating performance as required by Senior Management. Identify opportunities for value enhancement and improving cash flow. Summarize findings in concise clear reporting for Senior Management. Maintain financing transaction files pre, during and post closings. You'll run the accounting for a group of properties and the owning family's trust and individual accounts, so your work covers marketable securities reconciliations, capital calls and distributions, intercompany activity, and NYC filings like RPIE and Certiorari. We are seeking an experienced real estate attorney to serve as a senior member of our legal team and lead RW’s day-to-day legal function. This is a high-impact role for an attorney who wants to work closely with senior leadership, take ownership of sophisticated matters, and function as a practical business partner across the full lifecycle of our real estate investments. Role Description Reporting directly to the President & General Counsel, the Deputy General Counsel will lead the day-to-day legal function for RW Real Estate Group.
