The Role The primary responsibility of Delivery Representative - Helper is responsible for assisting drivers in the delivery truck. You will be delivering orders to our customers by foot in certain areas of New York. This is a physical, fast-paced, outdoor position that involves continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages.     Position: Senior Manager of Marketing Department: External Affairs Reports to: Chief External Affairs Officer Direct reports: Marketing Assistant and freelance Graphic Designer Hours: Full-time, five days a week (40 hours), with at least 3 days onsite The Senior Manager of Marketing, reporting to the Chief External Affairs Officer, oversees event marketing, executes program and institutional awareness campaigns, and manages branding consistency. They work closely with the External Affairs team and FTH program leads to optimize revenue, attendance, and impact. This position requires impeccable attention to detail, superb time management while multitasking, innovative and creative ideas, and strong interpersonal skills. RESPONSIBILITIES • Alongside the CEAO, build and implement a multi-channel (print and digital) marketing plan for FTH’s presenting programming, arts services, arts education, and overall institutional awareness/branding. • Manage the end-to-end delivery of all marketing campaigns, including messaging, content creation, timing, targeting, and multi-language translations. • Manage the Marketing Assistant, including the implementation of goals, deadlines, and tracking of workflow. • Manage FTH’s strategy for ticket sales, including quarterly goals with a focus on increased Box Office revenue. • Ensure all FTH marketing collateral content is consistent across the board, including rollout timing, design/layout, information, and branding. • Collaborate with designers, partners, and internal staff to produce collateral as needed, including web, social media, eblasts, flyers, postcards, posters, and ads, and ensure consistently in all channels and departments. • Write and oversee FTH’s eblasts, website, and social media content., • Manage marketing calendar and work with External Affairs team to ensure alignment across all efforts. • Work with Senior Manager of Development & Community Engagement and Patron Services Manager on audience development, including strategies to turn community partnerships and neighbors into repeat ticket buyers and donors. • Meet with FTH program leads and outside artists/contractors to acquire details on artists and events and leverage assets to optimize program attendance. • Work with Senior Manager of Development & Community Engagement to market development efforts, including two large appeals annually. • Work in partnership with Director of Production to optimize FTH’s digital presence and activities, including, but not limited to: creative, website, content creation (video, photo, and post copy) for social and digital channels, email and digital ad campaigns with the goal of increasing online engagement, driving new and return audiences for free and ticketed live streaming and pre-recorded events. • Recommend appropriate event ticket pricing and discount adjustments resulting from sales analysis and field-wide data. • Where required, negotiate, purchase and design online and print ad placements, as well as execution of media sponsorships and promotional partnerships. • Collaborate with FTH’s communications agency partner as needed., • Hire and work with photographers and/or videographers as needed., • Respond to media inquiries to generate ongoing positive media coverage with mainstream and multi-ethnic media outlets. • Manage marketing related expenses., • Prepare and share marketing best practices, updates, and research data with the External Affairs team as needed. • Embrace other data analytics and financial accountability responsibilities as needed. QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 3 years of management experience in the field of marketing; nonprofit and/or arts strongly preferred. • Experience with the following platforms (or similar platforms, indicating the ability to learn these): Asana for cross-channel marketing calendar management; Sprout Social for scheduling social media content; Constant Contact for email marketing; and platforms/programs including Canva, iMovie, and Adobe Creative Suite for the creation of static and video assets. • Experience with website CMS and CRM is strongly preferred as well as competency with Microsoft Office. • Experience working with media relations and external partners., • Excellent sense of design and impeccable attention to detail., • Passion for the arts and artists; knowledge of Queens and NYC cultural sectors strongly preferred. • Experience working with immigrant communities is a plus.
