Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, • Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections, • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, • Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol, • Monitor customer behavior and respond to any issues or concerns, • Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately, • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages, • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service, • -Be a leader, • Qualifications:, • Wine knowledge preferred or willingness to learn, • Previous experience as a bartender or in the food industry is required, • Knowledge of basic math skills for handling payments and making change, • Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, • Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol, • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g. kegs), • Evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, • Note: Retail math skills, banquet experience, food service experience, and catering experience are a plus., • We offer flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our restaurant.
