MIXOLOGIST / BAR TENDER — ART LABORATORY WINE BAR Art Laboratory Wine Bar is seeking a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our upscale wine and cocktail concept in Manhattan’s East Village. Our space brings together contemporary art, exceptional wines from around the world, elevated hospitality, and refined Italian-inspired flavors. Every month, new artists and new wine experiences transform the atmosphere of our bar. We are looking for someone creative, elegant, energetic, and passionate about hospitality and fine beverages. Responsibilities: • Create and serve high-quality cocktails and wine-based signature drinks, • Develop unique wine cocktails inspired by different countries and wine regions, • Deliver exceptional guest experience with professionalism and warmth, • Maintain premium presentation and cleanliness behind the bar, • Work closely with management on seasonal cocktail creations and wine pairings, • Previous experience as a mixologist or upscale bartender, • Knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and classic techniques, • Creative personality with attention to detail, • Strong communication and hospitality skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a passionate Bartender / Server with great energy and a love for the craft. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of classic cocktails and brings creativity to the role. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve drinks, including classic cocktails Take food and drink orders Provide excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining area Qualifications: Previous experience as a bartender or server required Knowledge of classic cocktails High energy, positive attitude, and creativity Passion for bartending and customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
