Harbor Breeze Lounge is seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our intimate team in New York. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere and serving exceptional drinks to our guests. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer, adhering to established recipes and quality standards., • Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and offering recommendations., • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, ingredients, and equipment., • Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our POS system., • Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations., • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. What We're Looking For: • Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment., • Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage preparation., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality., • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays., • A responsible and reliable team player with a positive attitude.
