Part Time Night Bread Shaper/Baker 3 –4 days per week Starting @ 5:30pm Join our team of experienced and expert bread shapers and bakers. Learn how to shape all of our doughs by hand. As a shaper you will have the opportunity to learn about proofing the dough, dividing it into pieces for shaping, and baking loaves after they have proofed. Qualifications: Our shapers and bakers have excellent hand skills and treat the dough very gently. Shapers and Bakers must work fast and efficiently as part of a team; follow the direction of the Production Supervisor; and be able to get along with a variety of people. Previous experience with bread and/or culinary school experience is preferred. Ability to communicate in English is a must. This is a nighttime position, weekends are required.
