We're hiring a dedicated and experienced Deli Cook to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing fresh deli items, making sandwiches, and ensuring food is cooked and presented to high standards.

Casa De Catrina is seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about culinary arts and committed to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook menu items to recipe specifications and quality standards., • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies., • Ensure proper portion control and presentation of all dishes., • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, kitchen area, and equipment., • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines., • Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow., • Assist with inventory management and receiving supplies as needed. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting., • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude., • Strong understanding of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices., • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations., • Excellent communication and teamwork skills., • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Grill cook needed urgently for Smorgasburg every Saturday and Sunday. Needed from 8am to 9pm both days. Will include cooking and set up. Previous food market experience preferred

MUST HAVE FOOD HANDLERS (NO EXCEPTIONS) • Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in the kitchen, • Follow recipes and menu specifications to ensure consistent quality, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas, • Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation, • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, • Collaborate with the kitchen team and FOH staff to ensure smooth operations

Must have at least 2-3 years experience
