We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager (APM) to help plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will assist the project team to organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Assistant Project Manager must be willing to learn all construction methodologies and procedures and be able to help coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget. - APMs will report to Project Managers (PMs) on several projects concurrently and must balance their workload to meet the needs of the various projects assigned to the APM. - Collaborate with other project stakeholders such as engineers, architects, and consultants. - Assist in purchase ordering for materials, fixtures and equipment across various jobs. - Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports. Skills: - Some experience in construction project management, required but not a must. - Basic understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles - Good working knowledge of MS Office suite of products - Outstanding communication and negotiation skills - A team player - BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field is a plus, but not required.

Vacuuming carpets, and upholstery and any other dusty surfaces. Cleaning all surfaces in bathroom and kitchen, washing dishes, cleaning inside of fridge, cleaning stove, cleaning inside cabinets. Making bed, and fluffing pillows Organizing all desired by clients Scrubbing, disinfecting and sanitizing all relevant surfaces Restocking all supplies Emptying trash bins Qualifications: Must have 1+ years of professional paid cleaning experience Professional and personal references Excellent Verbal Communication Outstanding customer service Advanced knowledge of cleaning products, services, implementations, and practices Must have a reliable form of transportation, Must be willing to travel. Has or willing to purchase necessary cleaning supplies to fulfill all job services.
Generate door proposals for specifications, drawings, determine scope of work and required contents of estimate. Perform project takeoffs (in the office) – review blueprints to develop project scope for bid. Some experience in estimating construction work (ideally for civil construction projects), reading contract language and preparing bid packages and proposals. A high attention to detail and enjoy the detailed work involved in preparing estimates. Reviews and incorporates historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and person-hour figures. Provides technical input regarding project and contract risks to lead estimator responsible for final bid price approval. Reviews final estimate to ensure defined work aligns with overall project schedule and cost goals. Prepares discipline estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work. Calculates material quantity requirements from engineering drawing dimensions. Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
