Job DescriptionSalary: Starting at $40k Twenty2 is anticipating hiring a full-time Account Liaison We are a full service wallpaper and textiles printer, our design driven team provides development and manufacturing expertise for private label collections and custom projects. We put our knowledge to work for our partners; when they succeed so do we. The Account Liaison will manage day-to-day communications, ensuring partner needs are clearly understood and addressed while maintaining strong partner relationships.The right candidate has strong data entry experience, is customer focused, highly organized, extremely detail oriented and self-sufficient. Key Responsibilities • Have a detailed understanding and awareness of your teams portfolio of accounts and build trust with those partners, • Handle high volume of day to day phone, video conferencing, and email correspondence with partners., • Input orders, ensuring a high level of detail and accuracy., • Enter finalized orders into our order processing software, • Be a point person for all departments regarding how to resolve any partner concerns or, • friction points, • Escalate changes to established customers workflow or introduction of new products to Account Specialist to help plan next step, • Maintain detailed partner notes in the companys CRM., • Expertly communicate the intricacies and nuances of the wallpaper and textile development process, • Assist team in guiding new customers through their first orders, and our standard operating procedures., • Carefully review all Purchase Orders and client provided documents to identify any discrepancies; communicate with customers regarding any additional requirements or discrepancies, • Assist customer with questions regarding how to place an order or how much to order in a friendly and timely manner Customer Liaison Qualifications: • 1-2 years of professional experience with data entry and customer service, • Good computer skills and intermediate math skills, • Collaborate and communicate effectively and professionally with our team and our customers., • Strong written communication skills and the ability to communicate specific information clearly and concisely, • Keen attention to detail, • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, • Ability to follow, understand and execute direction as given to you by your managers, • Comfort using platforms such as Zoom, Google Suite, as well as a specific order processing software (Monday.com) that requires on the job training., • Adaptability, flexibility, professional ambition, and a self-starting mentality, • Resourcefulness and creative problem solving, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Able to stay focused and organized while executing a number of projects simultaneously, • Possess a positive attitude and can do personality, • Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, • Adapt well to unpredictable situations, • Dedicated to the team and committed to our customers, • Always learning, • Protects the privacy of our customers and our business Studies have shown that marginalized communities, such as women, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC, are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
