Also needed is the ability to navigate all components of Microsoft Office with confidence, building spreadsheets, typing word documents, etc. The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn new phone scripts and apply the scripts in real time and will have the ability to understand business acumen, cost per call, call prioritization, etc. Candidate should also have a High School Diploma or GED.
