    The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented, patient, and professional Customer Service Representative to act as the primary point of contact for residents moving into the Live Oak Fiber network. This isn't just about answering phones; it’s about managing the "resident journey" from the first interest email to the final line-burying in their yard. You will be the bridge between our remote operations and the residents of Georgia and Florida, ensuring their community upgrade is seamless. What You’ll Be Doing • Resident Onboarding: Helping residents navigate the "Green Zone" expansion map and selecting the fiber tier that best fits their lifestyle., • Process Coordination: Explaining the three phases of the rollout (Conduit, Installation, and Line Burial) so residents know exactly what to expect., • Enrollment Support: Assisting residents with the secure Autopay setup to ensure they qualify for "Waived Installation Fee" promotions., • Lead Follow-up: Managing a high volume of email and text inquiries with quick, helpful, and accurate responses., • Impactful Work: You are helping families get access to world-class internet. You aren't selling "fluff"; you are providing an essential utility., • Fully Remote: Work from the comfort of your home office.
