This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting day-to-day service operations with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner * Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and accuracy * Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining detailed records * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies * Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement * Support special projects and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred * 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or office setting * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience a plus * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
