Key Responsibilities Administrative & Personal Support: Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal engagements. Handle email correspondence, drafting professional responses and managing follow-ups. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as needed. Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and files are organized. Customer Care & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone. Resolve customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset. Maintain and update customer records with high accuracy. Draft and proofread professional documents, contracts, and business communications.
