    We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations. Duties - Provide executive administrative support to management and staff - Conduct proofreading and editing tasks for various documents - Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and requests - Assist in office management duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office organization - Manage incoming calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette - Coordinate and manage calendars for appointments, meetings, and events - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Assist in event planning and coordination - Proficient in using Google Suite for various office tasks - Maintain physical and digital filing systems Experience - Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred but not required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required) Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Required) Ability to Relocate: Fort Lee, NJ 07024: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
