Position Summary: The Recognition Manager is responsible for developing and coordinating programs designed to reward and recognize Amare Brand Partners at all levels Globally. He/she proposes and administers programs that promote leadership and foster company loyalty to improve Brand Partner retention. The Recognition Manager ensures the cost-effective implementation of rewards and recognition programs and the on-going development and analysis of information and metrics. The position applies job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks. Key Responsibilities: Recognition Programs & Awards • Accomplishes recognition goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments., • Coordinates the administration of recognition programs, including communications, promotion, recognition items, digital recognition, leader board, event recognition, Etc., • Responsible for the promotion of recognition program including and maintaining Amare Rank Advancement Rewards and Inventory, Recognition at events and conventions, recognition during convention and, Monthly Kickoff Calls for all global markets, and non-traditional recognition such as birthdays, Amare anniversaries, births or deaths I the family, other major life events, holidays, etc., • Research recognition programs of other industry-leading Direct Sales companies., • Maintains monthly recognition programs. Depending on category and program, produces recognition letters of congratulations and mail pins/letters/certificates to brand Partners., • Coordinates with the Data Manager/Commissions, Market leadership, Global Sales, Marketing/Design, Operations/Logistics to execute the recognition program. Inventory: Manage all rank advancement awards inventory globally to make sure that the awards for rank advancements are being received by Brand Partners globally Mailing: Make sure that all rank advancement awards are being sent out promptly and are being included in Brand Partners' next order after the close of the qualifying month. KPIs: • Stock out time of Rank Advancement rewards Oversee the creation and distribution of digital recognition. This includes but is not limited to: • Builder Advancement, • Seller Achievement, • Path to Paradise, • Focus on 5, • Me and Three, • Top Enroller(s), • Stock out time of Rank Advancement rewards, • Delta from achieved to received on rank advancement rewards, • Digital recognition was achieved following the outlined timeline, • Redemption report once a month to market leaders, • Digital recognition frames prepared for market Kickoff Calls Personalized Recognition Work with market leadership to execute a personalized recognition program and modify rank qualifications as needed: Leader Ranks, Diamonds+, Presidential Diamonds • Birthdays, • Amare Anniversary, • Birth, • Personalized recognition program executed Work with market leadership to execute a personalized recognition program and modify rank qualifications as needed: Flowers • Send flowers to all first-time Diamond qualifiers Diamond Welcome Call • Set up a welcome call. Who is on the call? • Market leadership, • Diamond Representative, • Welcome and congratulations, • Benefits of being a Diamond, • Intro to support team, • Path to Paradise, • One-on-one coaching calls Coordinate and manage the recognition of Presidential Diamonds with the CEO and the Ownership. Flowers • CEO and Owner, • Diamond Representative, • Welcome and congratulations, • Benefits of being a Diamond, • Intro to support team, • Path to Paradise, • One-on-one coaching calls, • Call set up in a timely manner following the close of the month As the Global Recognition Manager, one of your major responsibilities will be to oversee and coordinate the recognition at all live events. • Overseeing the recognition at events includes:, • Oversee ordering and fulfillment of room drops for all presidential diamonds, Speakers, and AC members in attendance, • Oversee the awards and recognition during these conferences, • Work with our Data Manager to know who is being recognized for what, • Know what awards qualifiers will be receiving, • Assure that awards are at the event and received by the correct individuals, • Proposal, • Execution Once the rank advancement list is pulled and cross-verified with Sales Manager data, obtain all necessary pictures and needed assets to update kickoff call. KPIs: • Were all the necessary titles and pictures in, • 3+ years’ experience in the Network Marketing industry, • Experience in a recognition role within a network marketing company, • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Slack, Canva The Amare Global Recognition department strives to reward behaviors that align with Amare’s culture and long-term vision.
